Try not to break things. A lot of times I just defuse it by choosing not to express the anger. Sounds weird, but it's true anger/yelling causes more anger. I'll just shake my head and clench my fist a little

When I'm angry, I:

1. Write all my feelings up and burn the pages. That way I feel like I've released my anger and it's not on me anymore.

2. Exercise. The circulation stimulates the release of endorphins and I always feel almost 100% better.

3. Do something I enjoy. It takes my mind off my anger.

4. Confront the person who's making me angry―if it's a person.

5. Work. I clean, cook or do something that takes a lot of energy. That way, by the time I'm done venting, all the things I've been procrastinating about are completed.

Good luck!

Well, sweetie! I love to listen to music when I'm angered, but first I just pray to God that He helps me not to let that anger get the best of who I am as a person. Music really has a good way of just letting me relax, but I also love to clean around the house as a form of letting that energy that would otherwise be used in my anger......to be used in a more productive way.

I try not to yell. You cannot help being angry but you can prevent yourself from doing things which you will regret later like saying a hurting word or beating the other person to death. As much as possible I stay calm and let my anger subside. Otherwise all hell will break loose.

Just feel it. Don't start stinkin' thinkin' and don't deny it. Don't invalidate the anger(tell yourself it's wrong or you shouldn't be having it). Feeling this pain gives me the energy to either do something about it or not get into the same situation next time.

Control my emotion as much as possible. And then listen to music just to relax a bit.

Not well. I don't express it and suffer the consequences physically.
