Speak to your doctor about healthy ways to curb your weight gain- not eating, becoming anorexic or bulimic, will destroy your body in the long haul.

You really need to talk to your doctor. It sounds like you just hit puberty a bit too fast. 5'7" is pretty tall for a 13 year old however 170 lbs isn't too bad for someone of that hight. I was 175 when I got out of basic training for the military and I'm 5'7". I became a vegetarian and started exercising, doing yoga, and doing a good cleansing diet once a month and now I'm happy at 155lbs. Becoming anorexic only creates other problems such as malnourishment, bone development problems, joint problems, stomach ulcers, and poor circulation causing pale, sickly looking skin. You don't want that. Just stick to a healthy diet and get all your nutrients and stay off snack foods.

ok the last thing you need right now is a lecture.

You are deffinately NOT FAT. sweetie no one is perfect

Let me tell you my story then, I became anorexic when i was a senior in HS. that was 6 years ago.. It goes between anorexia and bulimia. I have finally stopped but the effects of it still haunt me. I will never get those years back My teeth are ruined, i lost friends over this, I almost died over this. I dont look the same, my metabolism is ruined.i became depressed, it cost me tons and tons of money, i'm weak, i lost jobs and my relationship with my hubby is struggling. ALL BECAUSE OF A STUPID EATING DISORDER.
If you think this is something that you want then go ahead and do it for the rest of your life. Your life won't last that long anyway
I wouldn't wish this on anyone. You need to love yourself for who you are not what you look like..
If you would like anymore info please email me. i'd like to help

Well, you can either be miserable at 170, because you are huge, or you can be miserable as an anorexic. Either way, it doesn't sound very fun. Let me ask you this though. Look around. How many people do you see who are dating somebody who is overweight? I see lots of people who are happy and large, because they found someone who loves them for them. How many people do you see dating somebody who is a coat hanger? I haven't seen anybody who wants to be with somebody who is anorexic. Not one. Anorexic people are sick in the head, and the body. If you choose to be miserable and huge, at least you still have a chance at finding love.
P.S. "huge" was your word, not mine 170 may be a little thick, but not fat, and certainly not huge.

Ok. You are just fine. If you look at the weight charts. A person of your height should weigh around 170.

Check your BMI

do a search for Body mas index.... It is simple. Then you will know your not fat ok.

I don't know if you are fat, because I'm not looking at you, But I can tell you there is nothing to stop you from getting hungry, but ways to deal with it when you get hungry. First off eat sensible meals, You need to eat 3 plus small snacks, but healthy ones. Water , Water, Water. When you think you are so hungry that you can't stand it ,drink. Your metabolize will store fat because it will think it's not going to get food on a regular basis, so feed it regularly.

ive had an eating disorder for 4 years now, and im 14. only turning 15 this april.

trust me, its terrible.
and besides, its a mental problem- you can't just wake up one day and decide to go anorexic. don't be stupid.

excersize, work-out, get a personal trainer, when you get hungry- eat something like carrots and dip, or grapes. see a nutritionist when you feel the need to.

Whoa girl first chill out and take a deep breath. Now dont go anorexic! Thats crazy and very dangerous for your health. Check your B.M.I to see where your weight ranges in percentiles. Now if you think you need to lose weight then just go walking or something everyday. Or ride your bike around its simple and effective. God bless you and have more confidence in yourself hun. ♥
