ok i need help really bad i have a test over this and i have no clue what im doing here is an example
2.54centimeters=(?) kilo meters
the answer is 0.0000254
how do you get the answer? how do you work it out please help will give 5 stars for showing how to work it out

1 km = 1000m, so
1 km = 100 000 cm, so
1 cm = 1/100 000 km, so
2.54cm = 2.54/100 000 cm, so
2.54 cm = 0.0000254 km.

1 inch = 2.54 centimeters (cm)
1.00000cm =0.00001km
Multiply 2.54 by 0.00001 =0.0000254cm
1 km = 1/10,000th cm

its because thats how many kilometers there are in 2.54 cm
