If the car is traveling 11 miles a second? Then just divide 11 by 1,000,000 since a milisecond is 1 millionth of a second and so on. 0.000011th of a mile???

D = rt
D = (11m/sec)(0.001s) = 0.011m
D = (11m/s)(1.0 x 10^(-9)s) = 1.1 x 10^(-8)m
D = (11m/s)(1.0 x 10^(-12)s) = 1.1 x 10^(-11)m
