I like the Sepang Circuit, Nurburgring and Silverstone... I dont like Monza, Sao Paulo or the Monte Carlo circuit.

ps: i dont know why so many people like the Monte carlo circuit im sure if that exact track configuration was set anywhere except the pricipality of Monaco, the FIA would cross it off their list of circuits.

My favorite F1 track of all time is the old Nordschlife, the 14+ mile old Nurburgring which is obviously unsafe for current Formula 1 machinery. My current favorite and second all time is Spa-Francorchamps, where the series is heading this week. Sadly, one of my favorites, the Suzuka circut in Japan, is off the schedule this year in favor of Fuji International and is unlikely to return with Bernie Ecclestone's focus on the Middle East-and its oil money.

I agree that if Monte Carlo didn't have the prestige that it holds, it would be off the schedule due to a variety of reasons, including but not limited to safety, and lack of amenities which are extremely important to Bernie in particular.

Interlagos-between two lakes or Sao Paolo-is too tight in the infield IMO to promote good racing. Monza is, to me, a classic race track sadly spoiled by chicanes, which, while I understand the reason for their existence, destroy the character of the track.

My favorite track is Spa so I'm really looking forward to this weekend to see the changes they've made. I hope the Bus Stop chicane is the only really noticeable one. Eau Rouge and Puhon are my favorite corners there.

My other favorite track unfortunately dropped off the calendar this year when the Japanese Grand Prix was switched from Suzuka to Fuji. But Suzuka will return in 2009 and they will alternate between Suzuka and Fuji from there on out.

I love the S's and the 130R at Suzuka.

Turkey is the best track out of all the newer tracks. That turn 8 complex is just great!!

I guess now I would say I am really looking forward Spa.

My favourite of the current season is the one that is always my favourite (because I live in the same city :). Montreal.

When it's not closed two weekends a year for races (this year F1 and NASCAR Busch Series) it is a public road with a park, beach, and bicycle path.

Of the old circuits, I love Spa yet for its scenery and elevation changes; I miss the old O-Ring in Austria.

When it comes to driving on the current circuits (in racing sims), Canada, Australia are nice; I've never liked Interlagos (Brazil).

My favorite is Monaco. I think it's the most challenging circuit especially for overtaking, so it really tests the drivers' overtaking skills. When Montoya was in F1, he actually managed to pull off an overtaking move successsfully! That move was awesome!

personally, living in Australia means that I like the Melbourne track... It's a pity they have it in Melbourne... I prefered it when they had it in Adelaide, which is my home track... Hopefully they will go back to Adelaide and the V8 Supercar event... the Clipsal 500 will still be an event there at the same time hopefully, but F1 will share the spotlight!!!

My all time favourite is Monaco...it's great it makes you feel in a fairy wonderland...and my fav. racers have been dominating it a lot - Senna and Alonso...
But I also like the Monza track...especially after the recent race...the Turkish one is also ok...especially after the Schumi -Alonso batlle in 2006...
My opinion is that it's not the tracks itself that make the race...but the racers which make us love particular tracks...
