Stop eating cocoa puffs! Seriously!

You need something more nutritious. Your muscle twitches most likely come from a deficiency of B vitamins in your diet, specifically B12. Does your eyelid also twitch?

Try a good multivitamin, which includes all the B's in a balanced formula with other vitamins and minerals.

I recommend this multivitamin http://www.marketamerica.com/PULSE99/index.cfm?action=shopping.uoProduct&storeID=8&prodID=13051 which come in isotonic form which is much better than a pill. You mix a powder with water and when you drink it, the nutritional value is deliverd to your system within 5 to 15 minutes.)

Try this for three months and you should be completely rid of your leg twitches. Double the dosage listed on the bottle for the first month of use (take one in the morning and one in the evening. Avoid chocolate and anything containing cafeine. Cafeine releases stored nutrients in your body and constantly consuming cafinated products will lead to difficiences.

Start eating more vegetables, fruits, and foods high in fiber and low in sugar.
