I would rate it about even with the fraud, waste and abuse of power by the congress as relates to daily activities.

To be honest and less sarcastic I would say the waste and fraud and complete ineptness of the running of this engagement is on par with the running of the Soviet Union.

About as grand as the fraud waste and abuse during the cold war.
Just think about this for a second.....
We build weapons we know we are never going to use, just so soviets keep building them. Even if we did have a need to use them, we would end up dying as well. Then we pay the people who built them to dispose of them.
Now knowing that everything about the program is at the very least clasified, so majority of Americans would have aboslutely no proof of whther or not the things were even built or destroyed, how can it be proven that, that is where the tax dollars were spent in the first place?

Much lower than say.....
receiving oral sex in the White House,
being impeached,
taking campaign contribution's from communist China,
lying under oath,
having your cronies steal classified documents that would probably send you to jail,
not killing Bin Ladin twice, when Sudan had him dead to right.
stripping our military,
should I go on?
