Yeah, it happens all the time.
It can hurt. But sometimes that's just life, you know?
And sometimes, if the person doesn't return the feelings or doesn't feel the same way, then you should know that there is someone better for you somewhere even if you don't want to believe it.

yes I have... a crush (actually several) I learned to either keep quiet or shut it down quickly (you always get teased through ignorance)... it just so happened that back then (im older now) a boy really liked me and I knew...unfortunately I didnt feel the same way (yet we remainded friends).... we have been together now going on 10yrs, and I think that we experienced different levels of maturity at different stages of life remaining friends was key to our friendship becoming more....

This happens to EVERYONE!
There is someone out there for you and when you feel the love/like from then you will know it is meant to be, my advice now is try and forget about your feelings for this person (I know its HARD) but it will save you from so much heartbreak in the end of it all!!!

yes I did for years. He did not feel the same way. We grew up and he married someone else. I finally got over it. lol

Oh goodness yes. I think everyone has male or female. There is always that chance...marriage, dating, just friends...it happens. It can hurt, and unfortunately I have found no way to stop it from happening!
