Judging by the amount of poverty level people that are breeding it would take a while. First of all they would have to give dollars and we would than be supporting not only them but their children! Ignorance breeds ignorance!

It'll never be wiped out due to nasty dictators and corrupt governments.
Maybe $1.00 to snipe-a-dictator fund would help....
