and one more: 790640000.
i dont get how to do it at all, can anyone explain it to me clearly?

scientific notation is always 10 to some power.
the decimal should be inbetween the first and second number, not counting zeros.

the first one: 0.00090674
should be: 00009.0674
you moved the decimal 4 places to the right.
this means that it is positive.
your answer would be 10^4 (to the fourth power)

same for the second one.

you have: 790640000.
should be: 7.90640000
you moved the decimal 8 places to the LEFT this time.
your answer would be 10^-8 (to the negative eighth power)
because you moved to the left, its negative.
