whenever a young couple thought about sex, the guy would receive copies of some other guys child support statements.

both partners would have to place their hands on a computer screen for a read-out, and verify whether either or both wanted to get pregnant, and if both did not, the computer would send a pulse of some kind of electricity into their hands and it would travel to their brains and prevent pregnancy. Oh and it would be painless and harmless and 100% effective.
