I remember the Morton Ham Dinners with the two yams.....

remember when they were in foil plates and you had to bake them in the oven and peel back the foil, seems like they tasted better then.

yeah, they are fast in the microwave,
i actually like the fried chicken ones, salsbury steak too.

what happened to the ham and yams?

My father, back when he was a single dad, fed us lots of Banquet TV dinners. I think he could get them at the supermarket for 39 cents. My favorite was Turkey and dressing.. Not really bad... Sometimes Fried Chicken was nice,(with carrots and peas and apple sauce, but I ate lots more Turkey Dinners with Mashed Potatoes and Peas.

No, I don't consider it fast food.

I'm not a real big fan of 'tv dinners' - but I don't mind Boston Market brand Meatloaf with Homestyle Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

TV dinners are OK but LEAN POCKETS are the best frozen food in the world. They have eggs for breakfast and all sorts of others for lunch and dinner. Try the cheesesteak and meatball.
