Guy at work just had a bolt break on the lower triple clamp of his 2003 Harley. Spewed oil all over him when it came apart as he drove down road. Could have been a big accicdent. Motors run better but still way over rated and over priced. The lower triple clamp a cast piece of ****. Oh and night train I dont think you will be keeping up with my 2006 Honda CBR 1000. I think you already knew that. Hard to swallow huh?

I think a HD could beat a 50cc jap bike in a race but I think it would be almost to close to call. Other than that all you will see is taillights bro. I know my bike can kill anything Harley makes.

Harley. American Made? Here's a list of Harley components and their place of manufacture. When you call bikes "Jap Crap" better include your harley in that catagory.

Doesn't matter what you ride as long as you ride.

Carb (Mikuni or Showa - Japan)
Ft forks (Showa – Japan)
Rear shocks (Showa - Japan)
Elec. Relays (Bosch - Germany)
Ignition PU (Nippondenso - Japan)
Petcock (Japan)
Tires (Dunlop...Made in USA, foreign-owned company)
Wiring Harness components (Pirelli - Italy)
Switches (Japan)
Rear brake pressure switch (Bendix, Canada)
Lightbulbs (Phillips, Canada)
Ignition module components (Japan)
Speedo (Nippon – Japan)
Tach (Nippon – Japan)
Headlights (some) (Germany)
Leathers (Taiwan)
Shirts – (China)
Leather Jackets (China)

A bike's a bike - and a biker is a biker - its their choice what they ride.

Personally, I don't like harleys - slow, overweight & ugly, but they're still bikes!

No, quite the opposite. Suzuki makes the fastest production bike in the world and kawasaki makes the hardest accelerating. All the Japanese, European, and other American manufacturers have a full range of motorcycles that dominate anything made by Harley in every single class.

Buncha poser douchebags ... If it has two wheels, it's fun to ride.

Personally, I'll stick to my BMW R1150R. Plenty of power and a nice clean ride.

and before you flame me, I have owned a Honda CBR1100, and a Harley Fat Boy. Both fun, but BMW is my preference.

And whether you ride a cruiser or a crotch rocket, I'm gonna give you the wave when we cross paths ... If you don't wave back, you are a douche.

Seems your question has gotten a few people worked up. Just because those of us who ride Harleys know we ride the best, we shouldn't taunt those less fortunate. Enjoy whatever you ride, but keep your put downs to yourself. That goes for you Jap riders too. No one likes to be told they're inferior because they don't ride what you like.
