OK, I'll bite: please provide your arguments to support the idea that Bush is "the most academically qualified, respected and loved President of the U.S.A.". As for "Dubya" being a term of affection: not from me it isn't. I have to assume that this is tongue-in-cheek provocation because you can't be serious... can you?

Are you on a perpetual narcotic stupor?
Bush is a cokehead...
Never been academically qualified.
Never been respected even among his own peers.
His approval rating soon be in a single digit ( it's 26% right now).
Dubya is a demeanor.

Excuse me while I pick myself up off the floor...I was laughing so hard...whew! Academically qualified...respected...ROTFL!!!!
"Dubya" is a phonetic spelling of how Texans pronounce the letter W, his middle initial. It's appropriate, given that he can't pronounce any word containing more than two syllables without tripping over his tongue.

It is a term of derision based on the premise that southern American accents are synonymous with ignorance and bigotry.

Clinton's not president any more or yet. Don't know why anyone would call him Dubya. That.s just silly.

Yes, it is.
Just like Democrats used "Draft-Dodging Coward", as a term of affection for Bill Clinton.
(Clinton was proud of that term.)
