Sandman's character and demeanor does not fit a "controlled" and "non-extreme" wrestling organization like WWE. Him, and Balls Mahoney, were best in ECW, where they can utilize weapons in normal matches and still not look as sloppy as they do in WWE. He couldn't even drink beer during his entrance anymore because of the fan that tried to sue (or is still trying to sue) WWE. He wasn't going anywhere big.

He doesn't really do anything or get pushed so I don't think it's a big deal

he dosent do anything, but swing a cane, his wrestling skills in a non extreame enviroment are little too none. he was just a big name, his matches in wwe sucked
