There was a time that I tried too hard in my life to be friends with people. I am just now getting to the time in my life where multiple friends mean nothing. One is enough.

Depends on what you mean by 'too hard'. If you mean by that like going to far to do a simple job, yes. If you mean anything else, no.

Yes, that has always been me. I would do so much at work and let my bosses overload me so much I would end up quitting. I never knew moderation until I got older.

Yes, I've always have been one to over compensate and go to extremes because of low self-worth/image which makes me feel I have to prove myself worthy of being loved and accepted.

i don't have a true friend in high school but i got a friend i try to talk it just so hard i gave up and just hang in the gym (intramural)

no not really. i only try hard enough. im not going to kill myself if someone says i didn't do good enough, though i think and know i did a great job.
