What would be the best PCI or AGP videcard for gaming with only a 250 Watt Power Supply?

I have a compaq 5311SR 512MB Ram, 2 HD 40GB and 40GB, Ati Radeon 9550, DVD Rom Drive, CD-RW Drive.

9600XT only draws 5watts more than your 9550. Geforce 7600GS AGP draws about 13watts more.

BUT it is best that you upgrade your power supply so that it does not restrict you on your choice of a good video card. Forget PCI cards for games. PCI bus is too SLOW for 3D graphics.

I think that might be the limit the one you have considering its a Celeron 1.2Ghz
Maybe a Nvidia 5500....
