It's not child abuse. But I do think he carried it a little too far, laughing a little too long, because the toddler was obviously upset.
Of course, we also don't know the background. Considering that the video camera was ready, it's possible that they've tried to explain to this child in the past that Kool-Aide is not "blood".
It made me laugh and I have three kids. A friend of mine had a child that was terrified of balloons when he was three. I wish we had gotten that on video tape. It was hilarious.

Well, I don't know why there was blood on the baby... that worries me a little, but I think they were laughing because of the way their older kid says "blood".... the way he pronunciates it. I really doubt they'd be laughing off a serious situation, and airing it.... so,they probably just thought their kid said the word funny.
Personally, I wouldn't air that.

they didn't do anything to the kid. the baby was fine and with his mom. the toddler was funny as hell. this is not abuse.

no i would not.. and it may not have been blood but from the second i saw of it.. it kinda of looked like it and the toddler was not happy about seeing his younger sibiling drinking it.. he clearly said. blood.. not funny..
