When I first read your question I thought - "my goodness, what was she thinking?" Then I had second thoughts. I can use this for a journal entry for my students. I can get them to describe the object that is trapped. What is it doing there? How did it get there? When did it happen? Create a whole story about and around this item.

Oh - I am thinking of an unusual way to set you free,,,,perhaps someone in the mediical field can reduce me and allow me to travel in a small ship filled with scientists and medical personnel willing to risk their lives inside the throat area in order to free you and return you unharmed to the outside world....(sound familiar???)
