Yes. Amazing stuff. Definately worth the money. Takes a few weeks to kick in but when it does you should feel alot less pain and more freedom of movement - you know- like you used to have!

I take a combination of glucosamine and chondroitin capsules. I type a lot at work and sometimes my right wrist starts to hurt. After taking those capsules for at least a week the pain goes away but I keep taking them but at a lower dose for maintenance.

glucosamine or gelatin capsules work by helping the ligament retain fluid making the area more cushioned. if one doesn't work, try the other. try them in capsule/pill, you don't want to get a drink with a bunch of fillers and junk in it.

Rheumotologist are saying that it seems to help some people. You should try it for 30 days, and if it doesn't work it's not for you.
