I'm extremely stressed out lately and I don't know why....its putting me in a super bitchy mood....I'm snapping at people and the littlest things will piss me off.....a lil help here please?

My suggestions are:
drink plenty of water
take vitamin B6 and B12 supplement
take St. John's Wort or SAMe supplements
get plenty of rest

You may really have problems, but sometimes stress is causes by physical symptoms. Lack of sleep, dehydration (most of us don't drink nearly enough water), poor diet also can contribute to stress. Try drinking 6-8 ounces of plain water every half hour for a couple of days and see if you don't FEEL better. Your other problems may not go away, but your body will say hoo-ray!

May I suggest you find something to do to release the stress if you are unable to fix it (ie. boss giving you too much work... you can't really say no). Jogging, dancing (yes close the door to your room, turn up the music and dance like there is no tomorrow!), any physical activities. This will reduce your stress and you will take out your stress less on other people.

*Make sure you are getting enough rest and adequate nutrition!

Exercise is a great stress reducer and gives one a sense of well being!
