They aren't called acting agents. Agents are needed by professional actors to help them get roles. You cannot get an agent until you have lots of experience and training and if you are under 18, you need your parents' to apply for you as you are too young to sign a contract. What theaterdoc said. Everyone wants to put the cart before the horse. FIRST you learn how to act. You must be good enough to do it at the professional level. THEN you can start looking for representation.
