I usually move my feet and count. Or think of a European city in the alps and the simple life they are leading. Then I drift into sleep. I'm a terrible insomniac too. I can't sleep for more than 4 hours at a time. But I don't take medicine for it. I also have an addictive personality so I stay away from help for sleep unless it get to be a week or more and no sleep.

heh! I am so tired by the time I go to bed, that I really don't need anything, but I always take a shower before I go to bed, this helps my body get super relaxed, and I sleep like a baby :)
