You should already have it. If not then there is a side quest that leads up to it, I'm not sure which one. If you do have it just press enter instance or whatever it's called.

Just keep doing the primary missions and eventually you will end up at the Consulate docks. The mission there will take you to the continent is there.
You will end up doing 3 mission emblems before you get there (including the one in the tutorial) and visit all of the continent's 9 city's and outposts. If you are not level 20 by the Consulate docks you should be pretty close.

The Consulate Docks mission leads off the island. Just follow your primary quest track until you get there. What point are you at now?

in case you haven't any longer have been given a prevalent quest on your quest log then you definately are in all possibility at a project. purely finished the project and you will finally end up at yet another project or prevalent quest. Sorry, yet without understanding which marketing campaign you're in or what element in that marketing campaign you're caught at it fairly is complicated to grant specific advice.

Guild Wars makes PvP much more accessible than most games of this kind. You aren’t required to spend a lot of time leveling a character if you don’t want to; you can create a PvP character that is already at the level cap (20) and jump right in to the arenas. You also have access to decent equipment, although you can unlock extra skills by completing the game’s missions. ......
