Suicide is what a person does to themselves - no one can make a person commit suicide, and despite what she wrote in the note it is not his fault. He upset her, she was angry - that was his fault, but her killing herself was all on her. People have disappointments and bad things happen every day....we don't go around killing ourselves over it.
Your friend is a lech and a prick for cheating on a pregnant girlfriend - so karma may come back to bite him in the butt one day, but legally he did nothing wrong.

SHE committed suicide. HE won't get into trouble with the law, just with his own ethics, since he should have been home with his pregnant fiance, not at the Fair with some other girl.

If there was a note implicating him then yeah,,,, he could be in serious trouble. If he turns his self in, and perhaps gives his side of it.... maybe he didn't know she was pregnant. Maybe an arguement insued, prior to him being with another girl...... Were they married???
I'm sorry about your friend, and just the fact that they were pregnant..... how horrible. I'm sorry for your loss. And as for your friend,,,, well he needs to own up to his indiscretion, and go to the nearest police office and have his statement put on tape,,,.. The note is gonna be very significant... in this solution. But probably nothing will happen to him, cuz he didn't assist in her death.... she took her own life, so its doubtful he will suffer any, cept' just with his own conscience. Which should bother him a great deal....

Well, it's not his fault, it was her choice and she made an incredibly bad one.
In the end, when someone commits suicide, the only one to blame is the person who committed the act.

He didn't commit the act himself, so no. This girl obviously couldn't deal with the stresses life can bring, and took the cowardly way out. This was not his doing. Although he is the one who has to deal with his actions in his own head. I wonder how he'll sleep at night. Not to mention the fling he was hitting on. I feel for this girls family. I hope this man has many sleepless nights and much remorse. LOSER!

Suicide is a self inflicted death. He can't be charged with anything, but he should have probably kept his dick in his pants and stopped messing around with other girls. How sad this poor pregnant girl really believed her life was so horrible she killed herself and her innocent child. SAD

I doubt it. Just because he did something that upset her is no crime.
If she went home and killed herself because she was upset that's not really his fault. The fault lies with her inability to handle the situation.
