You actually paid them to remove the wrappers. That was done in new car clean-up. That is part of the dealers obligation to you. They are also supposed to explain all of the functions of the options that you have. You should have signed a paper that says that they did explain everything to you and cleaned the car up before you got it.

good luck and congratulations.

My last Toyota didn't have any plastic wrapping on the interior seats either. As a matter of fact no new car ordered off the truck or otherwise has ever had plastic wrap on the seats since 1965. I think you are referring to pull - over plastic bags taped to the backrest and seats. Here's something to be wary of when buying new cars at Toyota. Often times the dealers swap new cars between them and instead of hauling them to your destination they drive them. Simply look at the speedometer and tell them you don't want it unless you're willing to wait to order factory direct to drop ship at your dealer.

They take the car off the floor/back parking area where ever it was and do a full maintenance check, inside, out side, under the hood, clean and detail. Yes plastic off the seats

Congratulations! You are the winner of the contest for the silliest question of the day.
If they wanted to cheat you and sell you a used car, they'd had to turn the odometer back, which is strictly illegal. Also if it was registered before, they'd have to do something about it...
If the plastic covers is your only concern, you may relax.

prior to you getting the vehicle, it goes through what is called a predelivery inspection, they remove all protective plastic check over the vehicle making sure nothing is loose or missing they look for squeaks and rattles or any abnormal engine/ tranny noises. and in most cases they have the inside of the car cleaned so that you have a "perfect new car"
the vehicle you purchased is new, just properly set up for you
