This isn't so much a trademark, but a copyright issue. (Copyright is the exclusive right to publish, profit from, etc., a work, whether it be art, music, or literature.) The trademark would be something like the word "Disney" in the distinctive script they use. If you look on the selvage of your Disney fabric, it probably tells you the answer to this question by saying, "All rights reserved." Disney has a reputation for being very aggressive toward any copyright infringement. They license their name and characters to people for money; they aren't likely to allow you to use them for free. If you want to use this fabric commercially, your safest bet is to contact Disney and ask permission.

I agree, you're not legally allowed to do it. Some people go ahead and do it anyway, but I personally would not do business with a person who did it, because if they steal from Disney they might steal from me too, or I might get in trouble for associating with them.
