Well, you can drink ginger tea, eat saltine crackers before you go to bed. If you have something in your stomach, that might help a little. Keep some ice water next to the bed. It's helps with dry mouth (from moaning and panting) as well as helps with nausea. As for the pain, perhaps some lube is the answer. All this should pass in a month or so. In your 2nd trimester, you may find yourself becoming a nymphomaniac and your poor husband will WISH you were nauseas, lol.
Good luck!

Things should get better during the 2nd trimester. By then if your like alot of women "most" of the nausea should be over. For now you could try having a little snack beforehand. As for the pain...try different positions...who knows maybe a little lube might help out...And above all remember its about the both of you enjoying each other with no pressure along with alot of understanding.
Try these and if it doesn't help out talk to your OB Dr.

Sweetheart if you suffer pain when making love and you are pregnant get yourself checked out by the doctor. As for the nausea if it is first thing in the morning my wife use to have a cup of tea and some rich tea biscuits in the morning and that use to stop it,
As your pregnancy proceeds it may be better to try making love doggy fashion so that your husband`s weight will not be on your tummy and also ask him not to thrust forcefully but take it gently and that might be more comfortable for you

A girl can only do what she can do!
If the discomfort or the nausea are too much for you....
don't be forcing yourself to do this.
Sex is not something you want to regret,
it is for celebration, enjoyment, and pleasure.
So, use your hands and get creative for him. Leave the heavy sweating for when you're feeling up to it. Modifications are often required during pregnancy.
Look at it this way. Would you expect HIM to participate if he were feeling the nausea and pain, just because YOU are feeling romantic? ... Any reasonable person would say, I don't think so.

Hang in there! The nausea will lessen greatly after the 1st 3 months. I was as sick as a dog and bedridden for literally 3 months. But it does get better!
Nothing really helped my nausea but eating crackers, and even that wasn't much help. You kind of just have to wait it out.

Well, the way to decrease the symptoms during intercourse is the same as decreasing your symptoms throughout the day. Eat small meals, drink lots of water, keep snacks nearby.

Nothing that I can say about the nausea, but I always found it more comfortable laying on my side with my husband behind me. It didn't hurt and we both enjoyed it.
