Ok. So, my boyfriend was at football practice, and this HUGE guy fell on him. He also stepped on his penis with cleats on. My boyfriend is now having sharp pains and is urinating blood. We are both very worried. I tried to make him go to the doctor, and he says he might, but I just need to know what the problem might be?.. PLEASE HELP!!!

Call for an ambulance STAT!! It is possible that a hematoma is forming on his brain from the concussion. This could be a slow process but you can die within 24-48 hrs. from this. The blood in the urine and sharp pains is a sign that something has ruptured. If he hopes to regain normal function of his urinary and genital functions, he has to go now!! CAll 911 if you have to.

Most likely he has broken blood vessels in the shaft, but it could be something more serious. If I were you I would insist he go to the ER or his Doc to find out for sure. Some injures can cause infertility or impotence. Not something you wanna take any chances with.

lmwright is correct, he needs a cup for football, even practice. As for his injury, he needs medical attention. Anything could have happened, and he's got blood in his urine which is not a good sign. Good luck, tell him to take care of himself.

Take him to the E.R. because there may be long term problems if he doesn't get this taken care of now. Just ask him if he wants problems in the future that prevent him from having sex?? I am sure that will get him up and moving.

Also, HE NEEDS TO BUY A JOCKSTRAP AND CUP!
Some guys may not like wearing them, but as your bf now knows it is extremely important. The new ShockDoctor ProFlex cups are very comfortable. My football coach always made us wear one.

the school didn't make him go? no accident report? where are his folks? sorry for all the q's but he really need to get to the hospital and have this checked. could be alot of things. don't take no for an answer. get him in.

I would get him to the docs, hospital right away!!! If he has blood in his urine he may have internal injuries!!!
