prometheus had an eagle eat out his umm liver or something like that every night as punnishment for giving humans fire so maybe an eagle or a liver they were both like punishments if pandora opened the box the world would become nasty and evil and since he stole fire he got tourtured

For Prometheus how about flame or fire as the symbol - Pandora's symbol could be a small circle or dot with arrows exploding from it in every direction.

Pandora wasn't a goddess, she was a mortal woman created by the gods then sent to earth and she had a jar, not a box. She was also presented to Epimetheus, Prometheus' brother.

prometheus gave fire to man and was punished by zeus and that has to do with flames and the flames could connect with the destruction that pandora let out of the box. The last thing that was left was hope so even after a devestating fire people still have hope. maybe that would work?
