You do not say how long you have to pay the damages cost.Obviously a 2nd job comes to mind, borrow from a family or friend maybe. If it's a court order, maybe you can apply for hardship and pay it off, that is an option here in Australia. You apply to pay regular installments and depending on the circumstances is usually approved. If this option is not available from where you come from then your options seem to be very few.Seek legal advice, maybe they can shed someway into solving your problem.I just seen your 14 then you're really are out of options. You could work the debt off if the person you owe it to lets you,I do not like your chances though.

First off, ignore all of the garbage about clicking ads and surfing for cash. These scams are right up there with selling lemonade.
I can't see any court demanding you pay this immediately. If this is a court order then you will be required to submit an affidavit of financial responsibility. Basically the court will subpeona all of your financial records and tax forms. Remember, you can't get blood from a turnip! But, what they will do is set up a payment plan. I would suggest you do a good job at budgeting to make your payments or the court may place jail time as a motivation to pay the fine.
If it's not a court order and some one wants to sue you then you need to watch out! If they win they can then place a judgement on you and anything you purchase in the future, homes, cars, etc will be subject to the conditions of the judgement. But, usually people have insurance to take care of these situations.
If this is a legitimate debt then no one will expect you to cough up that much cash immediately. Depending on your financial status and ability to earn a living will determine what you can pay.
If this is gambling debts or some other stupid interaction with the more seedy side of town. Good Luck!

Unless you win the lottery, or have some benefactor just hand 25-30 grand over to you because they feel sorry for you, then the only way is to work for it, and pay the debt off in installments.

Are you working, if you do not have 2 or even 3 JOBS then go out looking.
If you are thinking of a loan forget it without perfect credit and collateral.
Have you ask the person you harmed if they will take payments? Large payments.
How old are you?
