it depends how they say it
ex. "Your my new Biff"--translation--your my new boy friend
ex. If you protected them "Your like a super Biff"--My
hero/bodyguard
ex. If you ever did anything mean "Your a Biff"--Jackass

BFF stands for Best Friends Forever. "Biff" is the generally accepted pronunciation of the acronym.
