when I put my car in park, and turn off engine, taillights still lite, headlamps off,then car won't crank ,battery goes dead,but get jump,and it starts right back up,take out fuse to taillight,no problem,should I buy new battery

Have your electrical wirings checked. You might have an electrical ground somewhere.

I swear every househould needs a simple volt meter. Set the meter @ 20 volts and with the test leads test the battery.
A fully charged battery should test 12.5 volts. 13.5 - 14.0 with the motor running. Charge the battery four hrs. @ 2 amps with an automatic battery charger. If you don't see 12.5 volts it's battery time. If you're not getting a charge back voltage above the alternator is suspect. OEM low dollar batteries have a 4 - 6 yr. life expectancy.

Yes replace battery, sounds like your battery wont hold a charge.

With regards to your tail lights, sounds like a switch is still on. You shouldn't have to take out the fuse for the tail lights.

No. It's not the battery. Try buying a new fuse first.

REPLACE THE BATTERY AND CHECK THE FUSE, ALSO CHECK THE BULBS.
