when your video is buffering it means it is downloading the video. you can't stop it.. but to play it smoothly you have only two options:
1. to get a very high speed internet connection
2. first let the whole video play so that it will be downloaded to your computer then click on replay now it will not stop but run smoothly
1st option is expensive and more difficult to adapt while the 2nd might take a little more time but is effective.

I just let it buffer to my computer and then hit replay and then it is ready to play.
