If you are an american citizen it is against the law to sue the government.
They are behind the attack. Please look at all the new evidence provided by scientists, achitehes, pilots, New York firemen, and the list goes on. The proof is there. This was a planned attack so that in the heat of the moment they could pass laws that contridict the freedom and welfare of this nations people. Who are they...probably Bush Sr., Bill and Hillary Clinton, Bush Jr. Dick Chenny.... and many old families with lots of money who wish to rule all. This was planed for years. It is all there.
There are some small law suits, but what do they accomplish? So someone gets money. That is all it accomplishes. That is all law suits are made for...money.
By your question , you believe alll the media and governmentpropagand on the event. But the evidence is stronger than their words. Once you see the eveidence, you will ba asking about what it takes to impeach our president and vice president!

Several of the victims' families have filed lawsuits, but after several years, the courts haven't responded. If a trial is held, lots of evidence that the media hasn't told you about would come to light, and it might become a trial of the government's alleged involvemnt in the 911 attacks. They won't allow that to happen

Obviously the government didn't listen but i don't think the government could actually be sued. but i do place the blame on the negligence of them not actually taking action. personally i am appalled. now we all have to suffer because no one would listen to the, as you said, "repeated warnings."

No. you're no longer likely to have the skill to report a lawsuit against the federal government for this action. A "type action" is one that harms an entire "type" of persons. you are going to be able to desire to show that there have been damages--economic or actual. you are able to no longer "sue" the congress for passing law. call your congressman and tell her or him the way you experience--that's what they're FOR...they artwork for you. it particularly is their interest.

Prove the warnings. The intelligence that supported "some attack, somewhere by some unknown means" was less credible than the intelligence that supported weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

It's a very nice thought and I'm all for it, but it ain't going to happen. The gov't can stop it, and you know they will. The Government won't take the blame for anything.
