Check with the licensing board, but I would say it is just a disability, and if the person can still work competently, it should not be an issue. I wouldn't have them around scalpels and needles though, just to be safe.

I doubt that it's one of the conditions that can get you disqualified. But regardless of the licensing issues, I suppose regarding your ability to practice medicine at all, it would depend on what kind of medicine you would be doing and how serious your condition is.
