Television. It has stolen uncounted hours of creativity and talent by encouraging people to vegetate on their couches instead of living their lives. How many books, inventions, and more will never come to pass because people were tempted away from fulfilling their inborn desire to create? It's so much easier just to sit there and watch sitcom after sitcom, and reality show after 'news' program.

the cell phone..its the most annoying thing ever..I lived at a time when there weren't cell phones and guess what?..people got along just fine..They waited to get home to have private conversation..they didn't cause car accidents because they were yapping on it, they didn't speak way too loud in an elevator and they didn't pick up to have inane conversations in the middle of a movie or while your trying to take a crap..life was okay then...and phone bills weren't 1000 dollars either
