State of Oregon..I am selling a mobile home on time payments, and after 2 months, buyer is late paying..Buyer is to provide proof of insurance and pay monthly payments..I just found out buyer has not paid the space rent and is no longer employed for 1 month..buyer is not leaving the mobile home to look for work, just stays home...The insurance on the mobile home will be canceled in 12 days for non-payment..What steps must I take legally speaking to attempt to get buyer to pay me ,such as certain notifications,etc...Buyer will NOT return calls to me or mobile park manager...buyer is avoiding everyone...I am a single mother who relies on this money and cannot afford an attorney..Any advice?? I want to make sure I do it all properly without delay..Thank You

Trying to get $$$ from an unemployed person ,
Will be blood from a turnip .

You will Not see any more $$$$ .
Go to small claims and file for the $$ and eviction .
Although the court will most likely rule in your favor ,
You will be hard pressed to collect the $$$ , But
You should regain possession of the trailer .

FYI - If a regular lender would not lend to this person ,
You deciding to play the bank was total folly .
Why would he keep up payments to you if he wouldn't to the bank ?
Easier to stiff a lone person , than the bank .

You will not be doing that again, I hope .
