I know exactly how you feel! I feel absolutely EXHAUSTED the whole time and even tiny little things that happen or go wrong make me SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO mad!! I think so much is expected from us all nowadays and work pressure is tough, bringing up children has always been tough, paying the mortgage with all the rising bank rates, global terrorism, global warming, the weather, my mother in law (no, only joking!!) immigration, far too much bloody plastic packaging on things like cds, vegetables etc., etc etc etc. I'm starting to think that stress and fatigue are just part of growing up and becoming an adult but you can do things to ease it like eat well, sleep in a cool, dark room, don't drink too much (even though you feel like diving into a bottle of wine, it actually brings more stress and fatigue on!) and don't be too hard on yourself. Smile at yourself in the mirror every morning, it cheers you up! Try not to stress about the small stuff, look at the bigger picture! Now I'm starting to sound like Oprah Winfrey so I'm going to go now!
Take heart, there's millions and millions of us out here, feeling stressed and tired. Probably doesn't make you feel any better but at least you know that you're not ill and you're not alone!
Shine on!

As a womann you could get stressed if you have children, work and have to manage the home.If you are not having any of these then you might want to check your blood. Every month you have your menstral flow you are loosing blood and along with the blood you are loosing iron. You might take some food supplements with iron in them. Nowadays with the craze to be thin, you might be starving yourself of essential nourishment and this could lead to tiredness. You need to rest, have 6-8hrs sleep and take your mind off any worries
