If you are slender, Rosalind would be good, especially the epilogue of As You Like It.
If you are not slender, but not overweight, Olivia from 12th Night
If you are overweight, the Nurse from Romeo & Juliet.

ummm... act 3 sc 4, i believe... taming of the shrew, kate ranting on how she is being treated... or 12th night, viola where she says she is the man.. not sure of the act or scene. both good for auditioning for a musical.
