I don't think there is a woman on the planet who is totally happy with the way she looks, certainly not wealthy people as most of them spend so much money on personal trainers and surgery.

Well sure...its how you feel about yourself. If the one you love loves you then you are perfect. Dont give a rats behind if you dont have a perfect body its how you like it and the one who loves you likes your body.
