Favorite book - Prisoner of Azakaban
It is the only book in the series where we felt good in the end. Along with Harry, we found Sirius, the nearest thing to a family he got. There was no real danger, but there's a lot of suspense. Voldemort was nowhere aside from Trelawney's prophecy and Wormtail's escape. And even that was eclipsed with our elation and hopeful feeling.
Favorite movie - Sorcerer's Stone. It was more or less true to the book. The main actors were so innocent and all the characters were so fitted for their role. I would have picked PoA if not for Michael Gambon's portrayal of Dumbledore! Remember who stupid he looked when Hermione and Harry returned to the Hospital Wing?
Favorite Character - Fred and George Weasley hands down. They provided the comic relief in the entire series. They alone can turn the most serious and most dangerous moment funny and hilarious.
Last question -- it's one of the things my whole family share and enjoy from me, to my husband to my 9-year-old daughter to my 6-year old son with Global Developmental Delay (of course he only loves the movies, the merchandise and the book illustrations!). We seldom watch movies (we just buy DVDs and watch at home) but whenever an HP movie is shown, we troop to the cinema to watch. Jo Rowling made reading enjoyable and "in" again. Media and publishing hype aside, millions of readers cannot be all wrong, can they?

What is your favorite book and why ? Definitely the seventh because it just gave closure to the series. After reading every other book you were wondering what was going to happen next but the seventh wrapped everything (or at least most things) up nicely. Other then that the 5th was my absolute favourite.
What is your favorite movie and why ? I have not seen HP5 yet but I am dying to. Of the movies I have seen #3 was my favourite.
Who is your favorite character and why ? I like Hermione because I am so much like her, in every way. But I also love Ron, Ginny and Neville.
What do you like most about the Harry Potter series (includes both the movies and books) They are so well written and are different to any other series. Usually I hate series books because you have to read them in order and wait for them to be released etc but HO is easily my fave books ever.

book? the last two ones because of the climax, and the third one because it explained the history of the marauders and im obsessed.
movie? first one. its stays true to the book and all the kids are so cute (kid cute) sep. harry he's adorable
character? Remus Lupin, he has a hard life because of his not being able to find a job, the transformations, and imagine how terrible it would be to live underground with a pack of savage werewolves (HBP) he's always so caring and patient though, and a talented wizard. i was happy when he married tonks 'cause he thought he would never find love. i like Draco Malfoy because he's a really good character, i just like him alot. and Tom riddle, (before he became voldemort) he's such a complex character, so sharp, so independent, so smart yet so evil. he's a well written character
like most? the creativity. quidditch, the spells and potions, the characters. im a character sort of person, if i had to write a series i would write the characters before the plot, i read the HP books and remember all the characters and their details... etc. well dont ask me to retell the plot, haha =D

~Number 4. The Goblet of Fire. Very imaginative
~Number 2. The Chamber of Secrets. Very unique and good for a movie at the time.
~Draco Malfoy or Tom Riddle (Voldie). Very interesting characters,
~ It kept me busy during the summer when I was younger. However, I have recently discovered that I "grew out" of Harry Potter. Eeek! I'm not so little anymore.

book: goblet of fire (emotions that Harry goes thru- realistic/honest)
movie: order of the phoenix (the scene in the hall of mysteries was beautifully done)
character: luna lovegood (rooting for the outcast/weird character that is misunderstood)
love about the series: feel like I was a part of that world, growing with Harry Potter and his friends...really getting to know the characters

Never read the books
Prisoner of Azkaban because it's very interesting and explains a lot. I also liked Order of the Phoenix.
Draco, because he's hot. I like Ron too, for his sense of humor. Harry, because he's smart
I love the magic and storyline. I think its one of the best movie series ever made. J.K. Rowling definitely has a creative imagination. She should let it soar.
