I don't want to hold back other people in my team just because I'm the one who sucks at P.E...And I don't want to let them down, but the pressure...

How am I supposed to go to P.E. without any worries?

I feel your pain. Start with a purchase of a racket and ball and get somewhere (side of your house, racket ball court, etc.) where you can practice with just you...no pressure, no embarrassment. Next, pick the best 5 people in your PE and barter with them, they help you get better in exchange for your help in math class (just an example, you fill in the blanks). Finally, make sure you are eating right and exercising enough during the week (may require joining aerobics class or swimming, etc. or even bowling league so you get regular practice and comfort in becoming more coordinated and adept in front of other people. good luck. you WILL get better if you stick to it. so don't give up okay!

Yeah, I sucked at PE too. Fortunately, I had a great PE teacher who spent ages finding a sport that I liked (although I still wasn't good at it), and let us play that. Once he did that, I was able to concentrate less on making sure I didn't look stupid and more on having fun.

That's my advice to you - have fun. The world won't implode if you're not good at sport.

hang in there...some day you'll look back and realize in the scope of life it didn't mean anything. Because by then you like, Bill Gates and other PE geeks, will be loaded and happy.

ps. I sucked at PE - SUCKED! But later became a pro skier, climber, etc. Don't sweat it. Jocks are dorks.

It's only gym class, not a team sport that people chose to participate in so don't Even though it may seem like it now it's really not that big of a deal though, it's only gym class.

It's just PE, it really means nothing in the grand scheme of things. If someone gets mad at you for something that happens in PE, it just shows what a loser they are. They have no life, they have to worry what happens in PE! You are above that!

Be a player-coach. But don't be a jerk about it either (if you suck, you're going to have a hard enough time convincing others as it is.) Give small pointers here and there.

well i feel the exact same way but i think i can help

Before you go to PE just think about happy things or what to do when you get home
and if someone makes a rude comment tell them to stick their comments where the sun does not shine

Just do your best, have fun and laugh at yourself. No one is going to blame you. They are there because they have to be...it's not like it is the Pros or something. I'm sure others worry too.

Just tell yourself that you gona go and take it real easy. Whatever you do, do it in your pace dont push yourself but dont let yourself fail either... dont think of the other people more than yourself but dont let them down either... try your best thats all i have to say... ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE AND YOU'll DO IT!!!

Surely you have a friend or two that would help you practice whatever skill(s) you lack? If you can't run very fast....then try to run every day a little more. etc etc
