right now 50 cents is way ahead of kayyes west
50’s album Get Rich or Die Tryin’ sold over 12 million records worldwide (7.5 mil in the US alone) compared to Kanye’s College Dropout which only sold 4 million (2.7 million in the US)
50’s next album The Massacre sold over 9.8 million records worldwide (just over 5 million in the US) while Kanye’s Late Registration sold only 2.8 in the US.
In summary, both of Kanye’s albums combined wont even come close to any of 50’s albums that he’s released. 50 has sold 15 million more records than Kanye and if Kanye released another 3 - 4 albums, he still wouldn’t match 50 in terms of #’s.

At 6:00pm, turn to BET and watch 106 & Park. 50 and Kanye are doing a freestyle battle and I'm pretty sure that on Friday, on 106 & Park or TRL, the winner so far will be announced.

Both are arrogant, but at Kanye West raps about getting his money right, and 50 just raps about money. 50 is so old it's cute that he's still even around. And since 50 put his solo career on the line (50: I will stop being a solo rapper if Kanye sells more records than me), I want him to sell less...just to see if he'll stick to his words, which I bet he won't.
People say 50 will win. 50 has more fans, but Kanye's music is listened to by not only rap fans but also rock and pop fans, so maybe Kanye does have a chance at winning. Sure hope so, lolz.
