It doesn't make sense.

you can have 1,1-dimethylcyclopropane and 1,2-dimethylcyclopropane but that's it. Even 1,3-dimethylcyclopropane is the same as 1,2-dimethylcyclopropane

and 2,2-dimethylcyclopropane is the same a 1,1-dimethylcyclopropane

or course you could have more structure if you consider cis and trans isomers but not stereo isomers.

Should be 1,1-dimethylcyclopropane. Number the "chain" starting from the lowest number LOL.
