take out the battery, and sim card. get a bowl of DRY rice. put the cellphone, and battery in the bowl of dry rice and leave it be for a couple of days. put the phone back together; if it doesnt work after that its a done deal.

Contact samsung at 1 888 987 4357 and ask what error code 8e means. Its most likely a balance issue. Try doing it yourself before you give up and do like this bloke says.

Why dont you read the manual that came with it? If you do not have it get a copy from the manufacturers, or the shop you bought it from.

You need to call some one out as it is a fault in the circuit
