Is 9421 a good score? I haven't ever ran it before. THanks for your help

It would be a typical score for a mainstream graphics card like the 8600GT on a 2.0Ghz or higher X2 or C2D processor. If it is the score of a supposedly faster card, it is low. The processor could be bottlenecking the graphics card.

It very much depends on whats in your pc, its a very good score for an older system, but a poor one for a newer system. A newish system with that kind of score could indicate your pc's not running efficiently...........
Also depends if your running anything else at the same time..........
Best advice is perform a benchmark straight after boot and stop any other programs running, even your antivirus, and don't connect to the net. see if your score improves.........
