or that at the very least he attempts to mislead the american people and insults our intelligence.
What I am looking for here is current events if possible, but also a very detail analysis of the scenarios where you claim he lied or that he tried to hoodwink the people into supporting something that he knows they dont want.

By linking Al Quaida and Iraq at every opportunity, when in fact Al Quaida only came to Iraq AFTER we attacked.

By saying he would support research into alternative energy then defunding it.

By saying he was going to improve our public education when it was obvious he had neither the power nor the interest to do so.

Oh, here's a biggy. Just six months ago he said: "We never said 'stay the course'..." when in fact, according to statistical studies of Washington news briefs, the phrase was used over 15,000 times in White House speeches and press releases.

Oh yeah, and by saying, in Public "I've had children, and I've been to war, and I'll tell you I'd rather be in a war..."

Bush, of course, has never served in any war. He was a mostly AWOL national guard aviator in a time when the National Guard stayed at home.

You will either accept these as lies or not.

The Bush faithful cannot recognize a lie when they see it.

here you go:

1) There is plenty of proof that at the very least that intelligence was cherry picked and pressure put on CIA to come up with any reason at all to justify the policy to invade iraq. That combined with fact that none of the WMD and reconstituted nukes that were so crucially the reason for our concern and need to invade iraq were ever discovered proves beyond shadow of doubt that he lied. 2) Regarding Immigration, he tried to fool the american people by placing national guard on border to pretend like they were doing something...a clear attempt to mislead the people. 3)The 30 day surge of 20,000 troops turned out to be a surge of 50,000 troops and even though Bush said the goal was reconciliation, it looks like he is now saying 18 month surge and no reconciliation of iraqi government is Ok. surge goes on--a clear lie. Bush has proven over and over he is not to be trusted.

I think jess above pretty much hit a homerun on this. No child left behind also comes to mind as a big lie, and so is the promise he made to capture bin laden and bring him to justice, and the promises he made to katrina victims. To be honnest, Bush is the greatest liar I have ever encountered in my many decades on this earth.

As far as the Democrats and Bush-haters are concerned - facts are irrelevant. His is a "liar" simply because they say so.

What else do you expect from people who in one breath claim they 'support the troops' - then turn around and accuse them of being war criminals and torturers?

How narrowly are you going to define truth. Are you going to use Clinton's or the other extreme the press & the left have saddled Bush with?

Don't be surprised if you get the same old Bush bashing rhetoric with nothing to back up the claims. From what I've noticed, that seems to be what Democrats and Liberals live for.

1) Rumsfeld will stay (I.e. everything is OK in Iraq so please vote republican in '04)
2) Heckuva a job, Brownie (FEMA is perfect and no errors were made after Katrina)
3) "They hate us for our Freedoms" (utter balderdash)
