Im want to do to school to be a RN, What major do i need to go for first to be one?

cause there is different ones listed such as practical nursing

What you do is get your Associates Degree in Nursing(first two years), then you find out what courses are required to get your Bachelor Degree for Registered Nursing, the next two years!
