If Oprah, Ellen, The View, etc had the contestants of Big Brother on their show, what would you think? I think it would be a good idea. It would take the attention away from the crap we are hearing about child molesters and public figures doing stupid things. (Etc)

(I ask because one of these shows are asking the public to send in suggestions for their show. I was thinking about sending this in.)

I am sorry about the word.. molesters on the end of my question. I did that to get the correct spelling and Yahoo decided to keep the word there even after I deleted it.

Child sexual abuse is a serious problem and one that should not be swept under the rug. I don't think you should relate molesting children to Linsey Lohan's drinking problem because raising awareness of child abuse is a public service. It's not like they're praising the pedophiles are something.

Personally, unless you're interested in a show like Big Brother, having the contestants on would be completely boring. I've never seen that show so I would not watch a talk show that had them on because it would not be interesting to me. Having topics on such as child molestation raises awareness of the issue and I think that's important. As much as you hear about it now, how many kids have complete internet access in their own rooms in thier homes? HOw many parents don't observe what their kids are looking at on TV, internet, etc? It would be worse if these issues weren't brought up. I think lighter topics like celebrities are fun, too, but having serious shows are good as well.

I think it would be silly because the people from Big Brother are not of broad public interest; they're merely contestants on a game show. They have no general relevance.
